What are the Garden Bowl and Sgt. Pepperoni’s hours of operation?
Sunday and Mondays 11am - 12am. And on Tuesdays through Saturday 11am - 2am
Is there a box office? What are the hours?
The Garden Bowl box office is located at the bowling counter where you can purchase fee free tickets to all Majestic Theatre and Magic Stick shows 11am-Midnight daily.
Do I need a reservation to bowl?
Walk-ins are welcome, but advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and concert nights. You can book lanes directly through our website or by calling 313-833-9700.
What are the age requirements?

Majestic Theatre: Age limits vary but a majority of shows in the Majestic Theatre are all ages. Please check your specific ticket or the event page.

Magic Stick: As a general rule, shows with 7pm or 8pm door time are all ages and shows with doors at 9pm are 18+ for club events. Always check the event listing before purchasing.

Garden Bowl: The Garden Bowl is All Ages before 8pm and strictly 21+ after 8pm.

Note: Valid photo ID is required for all 18+/21+ events and alcohol purchases.
How do I purchase tickets to Majestic Theatre, Magic Stick or Alley Deck shows?
You can purchase tickets for shows at the Majestic Theatre or Magic Stick by going to the Shows page on our website. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets through our official ticketing partner, AXS, who is solely authorized to sell tickets to Majestic Theatre / Magic Stick events and offers customer support in case of any issues. Fee-free tickets can be purchased at the Garden Bowl bowling counter 11am-Midnight daily.
Are tickets available at the door?
Tickets are available at the door unless the show has been marked as sold out.
Venue Accessibility
If you or a member of your party require ADA accommodations, we ask that you contact the venue in advance of the event you are attending, so we can make every effort to accommodate specific requests. Please email info@majesticdetroit.com to request ADA seating or visit the Box Office the night of the show. Requests will be met on a first come, first serve basis.
Note: The Majestic Theatre, Garden Bowl and Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizzeria are located on street level with fully accessible amenities. The Magic Stick is a historic second-story venue. Currently, we do not have elevator or lift access, and the space is only reachable via stairs.
What is the venue’s policy on re-entry?
Once your ticket has been scanned and you are in the venue, we do not allow re-entry if you leave the building. However, you may go back and forth into the Garden Bowl.
Bag Policy Information
Small and medium sized bags and purses are allowed. No backpacks or purses larger than 12" x 12" will be permitted.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the Majestic Theatre strictly prohibits the possession of weapons of any kind or laser pointers within the venue.
Parking and Transportation
Secured Lot: There is a paid, secured parking lot located directly behind the venue (accessible via Alexandrine St). For most events parking is free before 5pm and $5 - $20 per car after 5pm (cash only).
Street Parking: Metered street parking is available on Woodward Ave and surrounding side streets. Be sure to check the signs—Detroit parking enforcement is active! Additional parking can be found in the structure across from the venue on the West side of Woodward.
Food and Drink Policies
Is there food and drink available for purchase?
Yes! Sgt. Pepperoni’s is located inside the Garden Bowl. We encourage concert goers from the Majestic Theatre or Magic Stick to check it out before or after the show. Most nights the pizzeria is open until 2am. We have full-service bars inside the venues and the Garden Bowl.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food or drink will be allowed. We do allow cake/cupcakes to be brought into the Garden Bowl for bowling parties but it must be brought to management’s attention prior to arrival.
Are there vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes, Sgt. Pepperoni’s offers vegetarian, vegan and halal dining options
What should I do if I lose something at the venue?
If your event has been cancelled online tickets will be refunded automatically to the card used to make the purchase. If you purchased your tickets at the Garden Bowl box office you must request your refund in person between the hours of 11am-6pm Monday through Friday. All other refunds are available at the original point of purchase.
Can I take photos or record during the performance?
Smart devices and personal cameras with no flash or extended lenses are allowed. Large professional cameras, cameras with extended lenses and video cameras are prohibited without the proper media credentials.

All discounted and promotional tickets will be listed on the AXS ticket page online. Sign up for our weekly newsletter to receive information on the current promotions and specials.
