1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By using this site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to browse. To create an account or purchase tickets, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

2. Ticket Purchases & Conduct
All purchases are subject to the AXS Purchase Policy. To ensure fair access for all fans:

  • No Bots: Use of automated software to find or buy tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • Limits: You may not exceed the stated ticket limits for any event.
  • Respect: You agree not to harass other users, use the site for unlawful purposes, or post content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful.

3. User-Generated Content
If you post reviews or photos to our forums:

  • You must be 18+ (or have parental consent).
  • Ownership: You still own your content, but you grant the Majestic Theatre a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional purposes across our digital channels.

4. Intellectual Property
All site content—including logos, text, designs, and code—is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not "scrape," "frame," or reverse-engineer any part of the site.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • "As-Is": The site is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party actions, technical glitches, or the failure of a venue to honor a ticket.
  • Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
  • Indemnity: You agree to hold the Majestic Theatre harmless from claims arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

6. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
Please Read: By using this site, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and handled via JAMS.

7. Violations
We reserve the right to cancel accounts, void ticket orders, and block access for anyone who violates these terms.
